All adult guests in both sections have unrestricted access to the entire resort those less than 18 years of age are restricted to the Hacienda section. Formerly known as Aventura Spa Palace and Aventura Cove Palace, the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya offers two resort experiences–one which is family-friendly (the Hacienda section) while the other is adults-only (the Heaven section).
